These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zowu ("we", "us", or "our").Zowu provides an AI product-visual platform that analyzes product inputs and generates marketing visuals, prompts, and related assets (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Zowu.

Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your contact details up to date.

Your Content and Outputs

Your Content

You retain ownership of the images, descriptions, and other materials you submit to the Service ("Content"). You grant Zowu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions to use and upload your Content.

Generated Outputs

As between you and Zowu, you own the images and assets generated for you by the Service. Outputs are generated algorithmically and may be similar to outputs generated for other users. You are responsible for how you use the outputs and for ensuring they comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes
• Upload content that violates third-party rights or privacy
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service
• Use automated scripts to access the Service in a way that degrades it

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Subscriptions & Billing

Zowu may offer free and paid plans with different features and usage limits. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees and taxes through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time, and changes will take effect at the end of your billing period unless stated otherwise.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as otherwise stated during checkout.

Service Availability

We work to keep the Service available, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any interruption or loss of data that results from such changes.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Zowu and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service except as permitted by these Terms.

Disclaimer

Zowu does not guarantee that the Service or generated outputs will be error-free, complete, or meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zowu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app message and indicate the effective date. Your continued use of Zowu after the update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
